Stephanie A. Kasten

Since graduating from law school in 2000, Attorney Kasten has concentrated her practice in family law.  Before joining The Gitlin Law Firm, Attorney Kasten worked for a well known McHenry County law firm.   Attorney Kasten is conversant in German.  In May 1997 she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English in the top of her class from the prestigious Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa.  She went on to receive her JD with honors of cum laude from Northern Illinois University in May 2000.  Attorney Kasten is a Fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

 

Bar Association Memberships and Positions Held:

Attorney Kasten is a member of the American Bar Association (including the Family Law section), the Illinois State Bar Association, and the McHenry County Bar Association (including the Family Law section).  Attorney Kasten is past president and vice-president of the Family Law section of the McHenry County Bar Association.  Attorney Kasten's practice includes practice in Boone County since her previous practice involved significant work in Boone County.
