Lawyers

The lawyers of The Gitlin Law Firm are Gunnar J. Gitlin, Paulette M. Gray, Jeffrey L. Hirsch, Stephanie A. Kasten and Scott J. Farrell. Attorney Gunnar J. Gitlin has been named to Best Lawyers in America* since 2007.  Attorney Paulette M. Gray joined The Gitlin Law Firm in September 2002, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  In 2009 Attorney Gray was selected by her peers both for the Illinois SuperLawyer designation and as an Illinois Leading Lawyer in the area of family law.*  In June 2009, Attorney Gray completes her simultaneous term as President of the McHenry County Bar Association and Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association Family Law Section Council.  Attorney Stephanie A. Kasten joined The Gitlin Law Firm in February 2005.  Her practice has been concentrated in family law for the past eight years.  In addition to his law degree, Attorney Farrell holds an MBA from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.  In November 2008, Attorney Jeffrey Hirsch joined the Gitlin Law Firm.  Attorney Jeff Hirsch is a seasoned family lawyer having exclusively handled family law cases for the past fifteen years.  The Gitlin Law Firm is listed in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.*

  • In November 2008, Attorney Jeffrey Hirsch is the newest lawyer of the Gitlin Law Firm. 
  • Attorney Paulette Gray of the Gitlin Law Firm is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  In 2009 Attorney Gray was selected by her peers for the SuperLawyers designation in the area of family law.*
